Part of taking care of our seniors, the elderly, is making sure that those who are homebound get the
nutritious meals they are unable to provide for themselves.
On Sunday, August 11, 2024, at 12 noon in the sanctuary, Ms. Sarah Fling, Senior Home Nutrition Coordinator, Richland County Senior Resources (RCSR), will present at the next Adult Christian Formation forum. As a subject matter expert on feeding the elderly, Ms. Fling will enlighten us on just who the beneficiaries of this program are – the disabled as well as the elderly, those lacking transportation and those lacking the cost of a nutritious meal. Are you aware that RCSR proves one-third of those seniors their daily nutritional requirements?
